As of 18 September 2009, Buttons to Hope has raised P156,630.00 ($3,200.oo) worth of cash and pledges from F.A.R.M.ers in the Philippines and overseas. That is 15.7% to the target amount of P1 million pesos.

It was reported at the meeting that two overseas F.A.R.M.ers sent donations amounting to P4,847.75 ($99.00) and another two benefactors pledged to donate P15,000.00 ($306.00). Contributions at the dinner amounted to P3,500.00 ($71.00).
Buttons to Hope now has P179,977.75 ($3,673.00) or 18% to target amount. Cash in bank amounts to P50,577.75 ($1,032.00). The pledges are expected to come by first quarter of next year in time for the opening of classes in June.
Jane Barcenas-Bisuna
Bernadette de los Santos and Jane Bisuna reported the upcoming activities for F.A.R.M. and Buttons to Hope:- Sept 22 - seminar on entrepreneurship for pili farmers in Sorsogon
- Sept 24 - fashion show in collaboration with Baao's top designer Rommel del Valle at the Villa Caceres
- Sept 26 - seminar on social entrepreneurship for business development students at the Ateneo de Naga
- Oct 4 - garage sale at the QC memorial circle to raise funds for Buttons to Hope
- Oct 22-25 - Orgullo kin Bicol trade fair at the megatrade hall, SM Megamall (DTI invited F.A.R.M. to participate)
- Dec 4-6 - college fair at the St. Scholastica's College, Manila (faculty member and F.A.R.M.er Monette Feria will showcase F.A.R.M. to students, teachers, parents and guests)

Other exciting activities need to be firmed up and will be reported at the next Buttons to Hope meeting.
The registration process for F.A.R.M. and Buttons to Hope has already been initiated and progress will be reported later. The next monthly meeting will be held within 22-25 October to coincide with the DTI trade fair.
